Terms & Conditions

Picture a scenario where one of your promising satellite qualifiers has just made it to the final table in the WSOP Main Event in Las Vegas. She is second in chip count just behind Phil Ivey and all eyes are on her. She gets a million dollar offer from one of the major poker sites and decides to read the terms and conditions which she signed with you before entering.

Guess what: There is nothing in your terms and conditions preventing her from wearing other brand logos in addition to yours, and the contract says nothing about sponsorship after the final tournament. The player is long gone and so is the publicity you worked so hard to get.

At All-In Translations we know the difference between a satellite tournament and a WSOP final table.
