Skills we are looking for:

♣ Good sense of humour, enthusiastic, friendly and approachable
♣ Experience using tools and software (Google Drive, Excel, Skype, Gmail) and ability to pick things up quickly
♣ Team player
♣ Ability to work on your own
♣ Proven trouble-shooter
♣ Flexible and reliable
♣ High level of written and spoken English and an additional language a bonus
♣ Assist the sales and marketing teams
♣ Carry out industry research for sales and marketing team
♣ Responsible for keeping internal administration organised and up to date
♣ Assist in upselling and cross selling other services to existing clients
♣ Keep internal administration organised and up to date
♣ Generate new leads
♣ Handling confidential information and documentation
♣ Office Management, diary management, event management
♣ Attend industry events
♣ Report to Sales Manager Michele Spiteri
