The Marketing Executive’s main responsibilities are to ensure our marketing plan is developed and carried out smoothly and oversee the department day-to-day activities. To accomplish this goal, you will effectively work together with our sales, SEO and project management teams.

Main duties:

♣ Update and execute the marketing plan;
♣ Manage all marketing activities (social media, email marketing, website, events, internal copy, data analytics, market research);
♣ Manage public relations activities;
♣ Monitor and spend against the marketing budget;
♣ Assist Terminology with brand/project/game briefs;
♣ Manage freelance designers and other external providers;
♣ Manage industry trade show and conference set-up.

Where will you work from? From our office in Porto, Portugal. We are located near Casa da Música (Boavista).
Preferred background? Previous and demonstrable experience in digital marketing and event management (conferences/trade shows), preferably in the iGaming industry. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Adwords, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc. coupled with Social Media management and a genuine interest in iGaming, languages and/or sports would be an asset. Last but not least, your English is at a full professional proficiency level. Fluency in another language is welcome.

The SEO Manager’s main responsibility is to deliver top notch SEO and link building services to our clients and internally. To accomplish this goal, you will effectively manage a growing team of link builders able to offer SEO in foreign languages.

Main duties:
♣ providing quotes and information about our SEO services and offering best practice;
♣ creating off site SEO orders based on clients requests;
♣ managing or assigning SEO tasks;
♣ performing client site audits and optimizing AIT website for improved rankings and metrics;
♣ utilising SEO tools such as Majestic, Google Analytics and Ahrefs for managing backlink profiles, keyword research, website performance and SERP rankings;
♣ managing each step of the link acquisition process including strategy development, content creation, site sourcing, content outreach and follow-ups;
♣ delivering completed projects on time and according to the client’s specifications;
♣ performing SEO project closeouts (payables) with the help of  the accounting team;
♣ identifying and resolving SEO service improvements and issues;
♣ organizing and storing SEO files and correspondence;
♣ assisting the HR Department with recruitment.
Where will you work from? Ideally from our office in Porto, Portugal or St. Julian’s, Malta. Remotely-based candidates may also be considered.
Preferred background? Previous experience in providing SEO and link building services in an agency setting to clients, preferably iGaming affiliates, is required, as well as the ability to keep our clients happy by delivering standout SEO services on time and with a huge smile. A genuine interest in iGaming, languages and/or sports would be advantageous.
Last but not least, your English is at a full professional proficiency level. Fluency in another foreign language is welcome.

We are looking for a hardworking and ambitious individual to manage and organise our Finance department with general bookkeeping and administration procedures. This is a role for someone who is highly detail-oriented and would like an opportunity to advance quickly towards financial management.

The role is based in our Saint Julian’s office in Malta and is available immediately.

The main tasks and responsibilities are:

♣ Handling all sales and purchases for the company. Posting, paying, reconciling and filing

♣ Accounts Receivables:
♣ Preparing and processing customer invoices
♣ Posting and receiving payments
♣ Reconciling customer accounts for payment and delayed payment
♣ Chasing overdue balances

♣ Accounts Payables:
♣ Processing and payment of invoices
♣ Ensuring timely payments
♣ Maintaining vendor files up-to-date

♣ General bookkeeping
♣ Performing bank payments
♣ Managing petty cash and office expenses
♣ Payroll
♣ Working closely with an external accountancy company for monthly reports
♣ Other general accounting / company duties
♣ Improving and implementing better accounting procedures
♣ Using Shireburn accounting system

We are not expecting anyone to tick all the boxes, what we are looking for is:

♣ Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures
♣ Excellent working-knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
♣ Ability to learn quickly on the job
♣ A personal interest in gaming, sports and/or languages
♣ Excellent organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
♣ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
♣ Good numerical skills and a good eye for detail
