Terminology Manager

Are You Are New Terminology Manager? All-in Translations

All-in Translations are a market-leading provider of language services to the booming iGaming industry into more than 70 languages. Our aim is to provide the best iGaming translations on the market and, as we keep growing, we are now hiring a Terminology Manager.

You will be responsible for our Translation Memories, Glossaries and Terminology Resources management and update and will ensure our Project Management team has the support required.

The Terminology Manager’s main responsibilities are:

  • Creation, maintenance and revision of Translation Memories
  • Creation of Termbases, glossaries and dictionaries with common terms and implementation
  • Provide training to PM team and translators”
  • Technical support for the PM team
  • To contribute to translations, resource maintenance and other operational processes.

Preferred background:

  • Familiar with Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) Tools (Trados Studio specifically) and management of Translation Memories, Termbases (Multiterm ideally) and online dictionaries;
  • Familiar with Quality Assessment (QA) tools such as Verifika or X-Bench;
  • Familiar with Project Management Softwares
  • Previous experience with Terminology Management;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Utmost attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Localisation QA Assistant

All-in Translations are a market-leading provider of language services to the booming iGaming industry into more than 70 languages. Our aim is to provide the best iGaming translations on the market and, as we keep growing,  we are now hiring a Localisation Quality Assurance Assistant.

You will be the very first person to see the localised product in its entirety and experience the project in the way it will be consumed by our clients and eventually the end users.

You will be tasked to spot last minute inconsistencies, language problems, functionality issues and anything that may have fallen through the cracks.

The Localisation QA Assistant’s main responsibilities are:

  • Linguistic testing: accuracy of translation within context, check for typos, mistranslations or missing translations, wrong numbers, punctuation, inconsistencies, etc
  • Layout testing: consistency with the source layout, images, characters to display, etc.;
  • Functional testing: links, behaviour, input/output.

Preferred background:

  • Familiar with Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) Tools (SDL Trados Studio specifically);
  • Familiar with the management of Translation Memories, Termbases (Multiterm ideally) and online dictionaries;

Translation Project Manager

You will be the main point of contact for clients and our team of translators and will make sure every project is delivered on time and exceeding client expectations.

The Translation PM’s main responsibilities are:

  • To manage translation projects from initial word count to delivery;
  • To manage email correspondence with clients, translators and our sales team;
  • To assign projects to our team of translators, follow up and ensure the project is completed in a timely manner, forwarded to Quality Assurance and ultimately returned to the client by the agreed deadline;
  • To close projects and check financials on XTRF;
  • To forward any feedback on translation quality for action.

Preferred background:

  • Familiar with Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) Tools (SDL Trados Studio specifically);
  • Previous experience with client interaction in an agency setting.
  • Previous experience with Translation Project Management;
  • Degree-educated in Translation studies;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Utmost attention to detail and strong organisational and time-management skills.
